Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Hair Icon, we do everything we can to offer you a carefree and reliable shopping experience. Should you still be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can count on a clear and fair return policy.

1. Cooling-off Period and Right of Return
You have a 30-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you can return your order without stating a reason.

2. Product Categories and Conditions
Because we offer different types of products, specific conditions apply per category:

Wigs & Extensions (hygiene products)
Only unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging can be returned. Opened or worn products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Hair Accessories & Tools (brushes, combs, headbands, etc.)
Return possible within 14 days, provided unused and in original condition.

Electronics (straighteners, hairdryers, steamers, drying hoods, etc.)
Return possible within 30 days, provided in original condition and packaging.
In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our electrical tools. In case of defects within this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Return Costs
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless it concerns a manufacturing defect or an incorrectly delivered item.

4. Return Procedure

1. Always register your return first by email via info@hairicon.nl. Please state your order number, the product, and the reason for return.

2. Download and print the return form via here

3. Add the completed form to your return package and send it to our return address.

4. Keep your proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.

5. Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount. This will happen within 5 to 10 working days via the same payment method you used.

6. Exchange
Would you prefer to exchange instead of return? Please contact us via info@hairicon.nl. We are happy to help you find a suitable alternative.

7. Exceptions
Products that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for return. Gift cards and discounted items cannot be returned.
