Delivery times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after receipt of payment.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
- Other EU: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & costs
- Free shipping from €49.95 within the Netherlands & Belgium.
- For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- All packages are sent with track & trace, so you can easily track your order.
Order processing
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with the tracking information.
Delivery conditions
- Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or our suppliers. This allows us to offer short delivery times and perform quality control.
- Hair Icon is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
